1. Apartamentos REB, S.C., operator of Hotel Vista Express Morelia, hereinafter referred to as “the Hotel,” located at C. Aquiles Serdán 647, Centro histórico de Morelia, 58000 Morelia, Michoacán, Mexico; and Mr. Rodolfo Larios, who has been designated as the person responsible for personal data and its processing (in this act, as well as in past and/or future acts). This function consists of collecting, managing, protecting, and storing the personal data of its customers, prospective customers, suppliers, distributors, and/or beneficiaries of any of the Hotel’s services.
2. For what purposes will we use your personal data?
The Hotel will collect your personal data and use it for the following purposes necessary to provide the requested service:
a) Commercial Purposes:
- To conduct prospecting and promotion, both physically and/or online, of the Hotel’s services.
- To conduct prospecting for reservations of the services offered by the Hotel.
- To promote offers related to the services offered by the Hotel and other tourism-related purposes.
- To identify preferences in order to make your stay more enjoyable.
b) Tax Purposes:
- To issue tax invoices resulting from the provision of the services offered by the Hotel.
- To issue invoices related to the sale of products offered at the Hotel.
c) Employment Purposes:
- To conduct the recruitment and selection of personnel, as well as the corresponding training and instruction for operational and administrative staff, in accordance with the Federal Labor Law.
For the purposes described above, the Hotel will collect your identification, contact, and biometric personal data.
Additionally, the Hotel will use your personal information for marketing purposes in order to provide you with better service:
To send emails for information verification, reservation confirmations, service-related inquiries or clarifications, and receipt of tax invoices.
